Responsible for maximizing revenue with existing customers by understanding customer demand and managing all operational aspects for customers. Analyzes customer forecasts and historical shipment records to detect changes in demand. Contacts customer to discuss demand trends and maximize sales of products. Monitors inventory levels and shipment activity.

Qualifications
PowerBI superuser/certified
Knowledge of LXK/XRX business systems (D365, SAP, SalesForce, eSAP, Vistex, eAuto, Preo, etc.)
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience With LXK/XRX Systems
MS Excel proficiency
Data analysis capabilities
Optional: Databricks knowledge, database management, SQL coding, Generative or Agentic AI experience, marketing programs, rebates and/or compliance knowledge
Activities
Analyze on-line sites for infringing or stolen items and/or fraudulent activity
Build funnel of suspect product offerings for further investigation
Assist with Brand Protection data collection and reporting activities
Support and help drive areas of continuous improvement for Global Brand Protection team
Analyzing Digital Thread and APD reporting to identify at-risk accounts
Support and help manage at-risk and loyalty sales activities and workflow in D365
Creating custom PowerBI reports and dashboards for loyalty, device utilization and other KPIs
Assisting with Digital Thread program activities and sub-projects as needed
Support and help drive areas of continuous improvement for Annuities Digital Thread and expansion into XRX
Position Overview:
The Brand Protection and Loyalty Analyst plays a key role in safeguarding our brand and enhancing customer loyalty. This position involves monitoring and reporting on potential infringements, fraud, and compliance risks, while leveraging customer data to identify at-risk accounts and strengthen retention strategies. Success in this role requires expertise in data analysis, reporting, and business systems, along with strong collaboration skills to support both loyalty and global brand protection initiatives
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze Digital Thread and APD reporting to identify at-risk accounts and trends.
Support and manage at-risk and loyalty sales activities and workflows within D365.
Design and develop custom Power BI reports and dashboards for loyalty, device utilization, and other KPIs.
Assist with Digital Thread program activities and related sub-projects.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives for Annuities Digital Thread and support expansion into XRX.
Monitor and analyze online platforms for infringing or stolen items and fraudulent activity.
Build and maintain a pipeline of suspect product offerings for further investigation.
Utilize internal systems and tools to identify trends and patterns, including analysis of Annuities Digital Thread data.
Assist with data collection and reporting for brand protection activities.
Support and drive continuous improvement initiatives for the Global Brand Protection team.
Required Qualifications:
Power BI Superuser/Certified with advanced reporting and visualization skills.
Strong knowledge of LXK/XRX business systems (D365, CDM, SAP, etc.).
3–5 years of experience working with LXK/XRX systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
Demonstrated data analysis capabilities with attention to detail and accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications (Optional):
Knowledge of programs, rebates, and/or compliance processes.
Experience with Databricks, database management, and SQL coding.
Familiarity with Generative or Agentic AI applications in data analysis.
