Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the setup, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of audio-visual equipment used in events, conferences, meetings, and daily operations across the property. This includes sound systems, microphones, projectors, LED screens, lighting consoles, video conferencing systems, and control systems. The role ensures seamless execution of A/V requirements for internal and external events while maintaining a high level of technical quality and guest satisfaction.
• Set up and operate A/V systems for meetings, shows, banquets, conventions, and entertainment events.
• Ensure all video, audio, and lighting equipment is configured properly based on event requirements
• Perform system checks before and during events to ensure uninterrupted service
• Conduct regular preventive maintenance of A/V equipment
• Ensure proper storage, inventory, and safe handling of A/V gear.
• Provide on-site support for internal departments and external clients.
