Support the planning, scheduling, and execution of IT projects; lead assigned standard or small-to-medium scale projects from initiation to closure.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain accurate and organized project records, prepare regular status reports, and track deliverables against timelines.
Resource & Vendor Coordination:
Assign tasks for managed projects, monitor workloads, and liaise with internal teams and external vendors.
Risk & Issue Management:
Identify, document, and escalate risks or issues, and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
Quality Assurance:
Oversee or participate in testing and validation to ensure project deliverables meet defined standards.
Stakeholder Communication:
Act as a communication bridge between project teams, management, and external partners.
Administrative Support:
Organize project meetings, manage project tools, assist in procurement, and maintain updated project documentation.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, IT support, or related roles. Experience in assisting or managing small to medium-sized projects is preferred.
Skills
Technical Skills:
Basic understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile).
Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
Familiarity with IT systems, applications, and infrastructure
Soft Skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
