Universal Robina Corporation is looking for a Plant Cluster Finance Manager – VisMin

What are the Roles and Responsibilities?

Financial Reporting And Analysis

• Ensure accuracy and completeness of plant accounting transactions.

• Submit timely financial reports and analysis.
  
  

• Lead cost-savings and cost-control initiatives.

• Oversee plant budget management.

• Maintain accurate product costing and cost allocations.
  
  

• Establish and maintain strong internal controls within the plant.

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, standards, and government reporting requirements.

• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations while maximizing tax benefits.
  
  

• Participate in or lead projects to improve financial performance and productivity within the plant.

• Handle Board of Investment (BOI) reporting.
  
  

• Conduct post-mortem project evaluations.

• Undertake research tasks as required.

• Ensure 100% compliance with insurance and audit reportorial requirements.
  
  

• Oversee training programs to ensure compliance with year-end audit and insurance requirements.
  
  

• Participate in company or HR activities.
  
  

• Lead inventory counts and issue variance reports.

• Supervise plant closing activities.

• Prepare costing computations and schedules.

• Analyze plant operating expenses (opex) and financial statements.

• Prepare and analyze sales schedules, balance sheet, and financial reports (per SKU, customer, or area).

• Ensure compliance with business tax, real property tax payments, and year-end audit requirements.

• Prepare insurance inventory reports and other necessary financial schedules and reports.
  
  

• Graduate of Accountancy or other related course with CPA Professional license (board passer)

• Required skills: product costing, financial statements preparation, Bookkeeping, SAP / S4

• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Must have a background in a manufacturing company

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Detail-oriented and with strong analytical skills

• Has good communication skills

• Good at meeting deadlines and solving problems

• Willing to be based in Cebu.
