Assistant Account Manager (Up to ₱40K | Hybrid | FREE AI Certification)

You own the quality assurance and account servicing support for a U.S. insurance brokerage’s Commercial Lines team — processing policy checks through the Fulcrum platform, reviewing outputs for errors and discrepancies, identifying Epic updates where needed, and handling endorsement, loss run, and certificate issuance work. Your work follows established policy check workflows, review standards, and documented procedures aligned with the brokerage’s commercial lines service standards.

This is not a rating or advisory role. You operate as the final human quality check on automated policy review output — spotting errors the tool misses, confirming updates needed, and keeping endorsements, loss runs, and certificates moving. Best suited for professionals who thrive on structured high-volume review work, value accuracy over speed alone, and have an instinct for the right questions to ask when something doesn’t look right.

You’re Likely a Strong Fit If You Have

• 1–2 years in insurance account support, commercial lines operations, policy issuance, or a comparable policy processing role
• Strong attention to detail — this role is the review checkpoint before output reaches Account Managers and clients
• Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and ask the right questions when discrepancies appear
• Ability to process large volumes of policy transactions without sacrificing accuracy
• Working proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Strong written and spoken English, capable of flagging issues clearly to U.S.-based Account Managers
• Willingness to work a permanent night shift (11:00 PM–8:00 AM PH Time) aligned with U.S. business hours — full onsite at Cebu IT Park during Week 1, transitioning to hybrid (2 days onsite per month) from Day 30

Strong Signals

• Prior experience with Fulcrum policy check platform or comparable automated policy review tools
• Experience with Applied Epic, AMS360, or a comparable agency management system
• Familiarity with commercial lines processes — endorsements, loss runs, Certificates of Insurance, and policy issuance
• Prior experience supporting a U.S.-based insurance brokerage, agency, or carrier
• Comfort using AI tools to accelerate document review, verification, and quality checks

What You’ll Own

Policy Check Processing & Quality Review

You own the human review layer on top of automated policy checks — the last line of quality before output reaches the Account Manager.

• Process policy checks through the Fulcrum platform
• Review tool output for errors, discrepancies, questions, and inconsistencies
• Identify Epic updates needed and flag them to the appropriate team member
• Ask the right questions when something doesn’t look right

Commercial Account Servicing

You handle the recurring commercial lines transactions that keep client coverage current.

• Process endorsements on commercial policies
• Pull loss runs as requested
• Issue Certificates of Insurance to defined standards
• Coordinate with Account Managers on servicing requests

Documentation & Client Delivery

You keep the paperwork trail clean and deliver finished output to clients when authorised.

• Deliver policy documents to clients once given approval
• Maintain accurate records of policy check and servicing activity
• Support Account Managers with documentation needs
• Flag client-facing issues or risks promptly
