Description

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Manage relationships with key accounts to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to improve performance and drive sales growth.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and reports to provide insights to senior management.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Sales Strategy and Management, Key Account Management, and Organization Skills.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a results-driven mindset.
  • Working Conditions: Ability to travel frequently within assigned areas to meet clients and assess market conditions.
