Application Support Engineer

Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will spend your day investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. Your role involves careful analysis and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operation and minimal disruption. You will collaborate with different teams to maintain system stability and contribute to continuous improvement efforts, ensuring that business processes are supported effectively and efficiently. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and diagnose system issues. - Document findings and resolutions clearly to support knowledge sharing and future troubleshooting. - Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential areas of concern. - Assist in the implementation of updates and patches to maintain system integrity. - Support continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting enhancements based on observed system behavior. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Jakarta EE. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java Standard Edition, Spring Boot. - Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture and middleware technologies. - Experience with debugging and troubleshooting complex software systems. - Familiarity with application lifecycle management and deployment processes. - Ability to analyze logs and system metrics to identify root causes of issues. System Analyst Responsibilities: - Gather and analyze user requirements and translate them into application specifications - Analyze, design, test implement, and maintain application systems or web-based applications Requirements: - At least 5 years of experience in systems analysis, design (include database design), development, implementation, and quality assurance - Good communication, project management, strong anlytical, problem-solving skills Analyst Programmer Responsibilities: - Gather and analyze user requirements and translate them into application - Design, develop, test, implement, and maintain application systems or web-based applications Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in application development, programming, and systems support - Good communication, strong anlytical, problem-solving skills Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
