Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Application Consultant with expertise in UKG Ready Workforce Management (WFM) Module implementations, including Timekeeping, Accruals, Scheduling, Leave Management, Attendance, and related functionalities. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR technology and SaaS implementations, along with the ability to effectively engage and support stakeholders across North America.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of UKG Ready WFM Modules based on business and client requirements.
  • Configure, test, and deploy workforce management solutions to ensure seamless system functionality.
  • Partner with clients, project teams, and stakeholders to deliver successful implementation outcomes.
  • Analyze business processes and recommend best-practice solutions aligned with workforce management objectives.
  • Serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to drive project alignment and success.
  • Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and user guidance as needed.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience implementing Workforce Management (WFM) solutions, preferably UKG Ready or similar platforms.
  • Experience with Timekeeping, Scheduling, Leave, Attendance, Accruals, and related WFM functionalities.
  • Knowledge of HRIS, HR technology, and SaaS-based implementations.
  • Strong client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills, particularly with North American stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience required.
