Your Role as Accounts Receivable Officer

As an Accounts Receivable Officer, youll play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records across systems such as Proclaim and NetSuite. Youll process payment transactions, upload invoices and adjustments, reconcile debtor accounts, and investigate discrepancies to ensure financial data remains consistent and reliable.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Receivable Processing

• Record and upload daily payment transactions into Proclaim
• Ensure payment are accurately recorded and reconciled with financial records
• Maintain up-to-date payment records to support accurate financial reporting
  
  

Invoice & Transaction Management

• Upload invoices, payments, amendments, write-offs, and cancellations into NetSuite
• Ensure financial data from Proclaim is accurately reflected in NetSuite
• Monitor entries to ensure consistency between financial systems
  
  

Error Identification & Resolution

• Investigate financial discrepancies across systems
• Review transaction files to determine the root cause of errors
• Implement corrective actions to maintain accurate financial records
  
  

Debtors Reconciliation

• Perform regular reconciliation of debtor accounts
• Ensure accurate reflection of outstanding balances and payments received
• Identify and resolve discrepancies between financial records
  
  

AI Readiness & Digital Enablement

• Maintain baseline AI literacy relevant to your role
• Use approved AI tools in compliance with company policies and data privacy requirements
• Participate in AI readiness training and process improvement initiatives
  
  

What Makes You a Strong Fit

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• At least 2 years experience in accounts receivable, finance operations, or accounting
• Experience working with international clients or global finance teams (massive plus)
• Experience handling high-volume financial transactions in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
