As an Accounts Payable/Data Entry Clerk team member, you will:

• Enter vendor bills, invoices, and expenses accurately into QuickBooks Online
• Review documentation for completeness and proper coding before entry
• Match invoices to purchase orders or job costs when applicable
• Assist with organizing and maintaining digital financial records
• Support basic accounts payable tracking and reporting
• Communicate with internal team members regarding missing or unclear information
• Follow established processes to ensure timely and accurate data entry
• Maintain confidentiality of financial and company information
• Use JobTread for job-related expense tracking when applicable (training provided if needed)
  
  

Qualifications

• Prior experience with QuickBooks Online required
• Experience with JobTread a plus, but not required
• Previous data entry or accounts payable experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely
• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Part-time position (approximately 10-15 hours per week)
