Your Role

We are looking for an Integration Engineer (m/f/d) to join our agile and international team. In this role, you will take ownership of partner integration implementations, playing a key role in enabling business data exchange with multiple partners through EDI/API integrations. This includes assessing business needs, configuring secure connectivity, developing transformation rules for business data, and participating in testing with partners.

Job Description

  • Collaborate with customers, IT colleagues, and other stakeholders to assess and define integration needs and advise on available standard solution options.
  • Implement, test, and deploy the integration solution, ensuring they meet business requirements and internal technical standards.
  • Set up and troubleshoot technical communication and connectivity with customers to facilitate secure data exchange.
  • Assist in preparing and translating logical mapping instructions into a working solution that aligns with the project scope.
  • Drive continuous improvement of our processes and working methods.
  • Provide 3rd-level support and consulting on projects and system issues.

Qualifications

  • Understanding of the Linux environment.
  • Practical experience with XSLT (Extensible Stylesheet Language Transformations) is beneficial.
  • Experience with logistics processes is beneficial.
  • Understanding of data formats (EDIFACT, ANSI X12, XML,JSON).
  • Focused attitude to work with a strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Basic knowledge of communication protocols (SFTP, HTTPS, AS2, REST, SOAP) and programming.
  • Ability to interact and communicate effectively with different countries, cultures, clients (internal and external) and other engineers.
