  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain talent.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates skills and cultural fit.
  • Manage candidate relationships and provide a superior candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media and campus recruitment, to generate candidate leads.
  • Onboarding process.
  • All related process in recruitment.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruiting methods and tools, HRIS, and talent management.
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Experience in campus recruitment and managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
  • Working Conditions: Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
