About The Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to help maintain the quality of our hiring pipeline. In this role, you’ll assess candidates early in the process, conduct interviews, and ensure a smooth and high-quality candidate experience.

This is a fast-paced role ideal for someone with strong judgment, organization, and a passion for connecting great talent with great opportunities.

What You’ll Do

• Review candidate applications and assess qualifications and fit
• Evaluate recorded interviews and endorse candidates for next steps
• Conduct final interviews via Zoom
• Manage candidate and internal communications via email and Slack
• Work with tools such as HubSpot, Google Workspace, and Slack
• Participate in team meetings and recruitment discussions
• Assist in improving SOPs and training materials
• Collaborate with recruitment managers and team members
  
  

• At least 1 year of recruitment or customer-facing experience
• BPO or customer service experience preferred
• Experience or familiarity with E-Commerce is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to assess candidates effectively and make sound decisions

• Minimum of Core i5 or Ryzen 5 with at least 8GB RAM
• 20 Mbps internet connection (LAN) + 5 Mbps backup required
