Quality Engineer

Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary: As a Quality Engineer, a typical day involves collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of high-quality software solutions. The role includes continuous testing activities such as security, application programming interface, and regression testing. The individual supports automation strategy development, script creation, and environment configuration while actively participating in code reviews and defect monitoring to enhance the overall testing process and product quality. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate effective communication and coordination among team members to ensure project goals are met. - Drive process improvements by identifying bottlenecks and proposing actionable solutions. - Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and skill development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Salesforce Automation Testing. - Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools relevant to Salesforce environments. - Experience in designing and implementing automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency. - Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to support automated testing. - Ability to analyze test results and troubleshoot issues to maintain high-quality standards. - Excellent understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Automation Testing. - This position is based at our Cebu office.
