Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems and fixtures across the property. This includes ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards while minimizing downtime and maximizing guest satisfaction. The role requires prompt response to plumbing-related issues and a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems (pipes, fixtures, water heaters, pumps, drainage, etc.)
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential plumbing issues.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests and resolve plumbing problems promptly.
• Maintain records of work completed and materials used.
• Collaborate with other trades and departments to ensure minimal disruption to operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Recommend improvements and upgrades when necessary.
• Assist with utility shutdowns or preventive maintenance schedules.
  
  

• Technical Certification in Plumbing or related trade.
• At least 1 years of plumbing experience in a commercial or hospitality setting.
• Knowledge of water and drainage systems.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Knowledge in modification of Piping Lay-out is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems is a plus.
• Effective communication and time management skills.
