Job Summary

Conveying and Packaging Co., Inc. is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production and packaging equipment to ensure efficient operations while meeting quality and safety standards.

• Operate conveying and packaging machinery according to established operating procedures.
• Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain production efficiency.
• Inspect products to ensure they meet quality specifications and company standards.
• Perform routine machine cleaning, lubrication, and basic preventive maintenance.
• Identify machine malfunctions and report or assist in troubleshooting equipment issues.
• Maintain accurate production records, including output, downtime, and material usage.
• Ensure work areas remain clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
• Follow company policies, quality standards, and occupational health and safety procedures.
• Coordinate with supervisors, maintenance personnel, and team members to minimize production downtime.
• Assist with changeovers, setup, and other production-related tasks as assigned.
  
  

• High school diploma or vocational graduate; a technical certification is an advantage.
• Previous experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing or packaging environment is preferred.
• Ability to operate industrial machinery safely and efficiently.
• Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, overtime, weekends, and holidays when required.
• Physically fit and capable of lifting materials and standing for extended periods.
• Dependable, disciplined, and committed to producing quality work.
