🧭 Navigating the position: Logistics Administrator

As a Logistics Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the logistics operations, from data entry to global coordination of shipments. Your responsibilities will include creating shipping and customs documentation, liaising with customs agencies, managing return shipments, and ensuring compliance with international trade laws. You will work closely with suppliers, transportation companies, and internal teams to ensure efficient logistics operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

• Register critical customer and delivery details into our advanced ERP system. Ensure accuracy and efficiency in data entry.
• Orchestrate shipments and deliveries across continents. Plan and execute air, sea, and land shipments.
• Generate vital shipping and customs documentation for international trade. Ensure compliance and prevent delays.
• Act as the primary interface with governmental customs agencies. Ensure compliance with international trade laws.
• Manage the process of return shipments. Organize and oversee return logistics efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with international, national, and local regulations. Implement and maintain compliance protocols.
• Identify opportunities for improving logistics processes and implement best practices. Utilize data and technology.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints regarding logistics issues. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  
  

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• 3-5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain or customer support role.
• Team Collaboration and Remote Work Skills
• Excel in small team environments and adept at working independently in remote settings, balancing teamwork and autonomy.
• Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP systems, facilitating streamlined processes and data-driven decision-making.
• Customer facing: Strong communication and negotiating skills.
