Farm Manager

The Farm Operations Manager ensures strict compliance with biosecurity protocols and oversees animal health monitoring, treatment, and vaccination programs. The role involves supervising operations in the WeantoFinish area, managing manpower schedules, and coordinating with the Farm Manager to address operational concerns.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to biosecurity protocols across farm operations.
• Conduct daily rounds to monitor animal health and promptly identify and medicate sick animals.
• Diagnose diseases or abnormal conditions through observation for proper treatment.
• Track and record mortality and morbidity rates across supervised departments.
• Oversee vaccination programs in line with established protocols.
• Ensure proper implementation of Standard Operating Procedures in WeantoFinish operations.
• Plan work schedules to meet manpower requirements.
• Coordinate with the Farm Manager on operational issues and provide support as needed.
• Perform other tasks as assigned to meet business goals.
  
  

• Graduate of Agriculture, Animal Science, or related fields.
• 78 years of managerial experience in swine farm operations.
• Willing to stay within farm premises in Argao/Pinamungajan.
• Strong problemsolving skills.
• Aboveaverage written and verbal communication abilities.
