EHR Support Specialist

Position Overview:

As an EHR (Electronic Health Record) Implementation Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful adoption and integration of electronic health record systems for healthcare providers.

Work Schedule and Arrangement: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM, Onsite

Office Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with their EHR/EMR concerns and provide clear, helpful solutions
• Handle client interactions professionally, patiently, and courteously
• Troubleshoot basic system or workflow concerns and provide appropriate workarounds when possible
• Research, document, and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team or level of support
• Build positive relationships with clients and ensure a good customer experience
• Stay updated on the EHR system, new features, and processes to provide accurate support
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent college degree, preferably in a medical or healthcare-related course
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Positive attitude and professional approach when dealing with clients
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive client relationships
• Fast learner who can quickly understand and apply new systems, processes, and information
• Ability to remain calm, patient, and professional when handling difficult client situations
• Willingness and ability to commit to the role for at least two (2) years
• Previous experience handling calls, customer interactions, or training is an advantage but not required
  
  

Salary and monetary benefits (in PHP):

• Monthly salary of 23,250php
• New hire bonus of 5,000php
