Creative Director

Job Description

We are looking for a Creative Designer with strong creative direction and hands-on design expertise across branding and identity, advertising and marketing, and product concept development. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with creative execution, communicates ideas effectively, and embraces AI-driven approaches to creative problem-solving and workflow optimization.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and visual strategies for branding, advertising, marketing campaigns, and product design.
• Create comprehensive brand guidelines, style guides, and design systems to ensure brand consistency.
• Conceptualize integrated advertising campaigns, promotional collateral, and high-impact visual content.
• Lead product design ideation, concept development, and visual storytelling.
• Communicate creative concepts clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional internal and external teams.
• Participate in and lead client brainstorming sessions, contributing innovative ideas and creative solutions.
• Explore and apply AI-driven tools and approaches to enhance creative problem-solving and optimize workflows.
• Manage end-to-end creative deliverables, ensuring quality and timely completion within tight deadlines.
• Stay adaptable and continuously develop creative skills to keep up with emerging industry trends and best practices.
  
  

• Demonstrated experience in creative design, art direction, or a related field, with the ability to balance strategic creative direction and hands-on execution.
• Strong portfolio showcasing work in branding and identity, advertising and marketing, and product concept development.
• Proficiency in developing brand guidelines, style guides, design systems, campaign concepts, and visual storytelling.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Comfortable in client-facing situations, with the ability to contribute to and lead creative brainstorming sessions.
• An AI-forward mindset, with an interest in leveraging AI tools for creative problem-solving and workflow optimization.
• Strong project and time management skills, with a proven track record of working independently, meeting tight deadlines, and managing end-to-end deliverables.
