Building Manager

🎯 Role Mission

As a Building Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of the building of Robinsons Offices by leading a team of engineers, officers, and supervisors. You will be accountable for maintaining security, housekeeping, groundskeeping, and equipment functionality, while managing budgets, vendor services, and regulatory compliance. You will serve as the primary point of contact for tenant needs, fosters collaboration with key departments, and drives operational excellence to meet organizational objectives.

🧠 What We’re Looking For

• Preferably a licensed Electrical Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Architect, or CPA.
• Graduates of Business Administration, Engineering Management, or Industrial Engineering with relevant experience are welcome to apply.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in administration and management, preferably in building, office, plant, estate, or similar property operations.
• Strong background in engineering management, accounting and finance, and administration.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and a strategic planner.
• Demonstrates excellent leadership qualities and the ability to manage diverse teams.
• Possesses strong communication and presentation skills
• Willing to be assigned at Robinsons Cybergate Galleria Cebu
