The Role: Virtual Services Sales Team Leader
Overview: The Virtual Services Sales Team Leader is responsible for driving installed base growth, contract renewals, and pipeline conversion through a remote-first sales model. This role leads a team of Virtual Services Sales Representatives (VSSR) and ensures alignment with the Global VSSR playbook, coverage model, and sales excellence standards.
What will you do:
- Lead the Virtual Services Sales team to achieve revenue, renewal, and pipeline targets
- Drive performance across:
Order intake
On-Time Renewal rate (e.g., E-90 / contract-based KPIs)
Pipeline conversion
Sales productivity
- Ensure adherence to Global VSSR playbook, including:
Opportunity assignment
Coverage model (Leads, Accounts, Renewal)
Sales cadence and funnel management
- Monitor and improve bFO discipline, tool usage, and data quality
- Drive installed base growth through renewals, upsell, and cross-sell initiatives
- Coach and develop team members on remote selling, account planning, and pipeline management
- Collaborate with Marketing, Tendering, Operations, Commercial Excellence and Sales stakeholders to maximize opportunity conversion
- Lead transformation initiatives to improve sales efficiency and automation
Who would be successful?
- Proven experience in Sales or Services commercial roles
- Strong leadership and coaching capability in a performance-driven environment
- Data-driven mindset with strong KPI management
- Experience in remote/digital selling environments preferred
- Strong communication and stakeholder influence skills
