Our brand, Lennor Metier Consulting, a DOLE-licensed headhunting and recruitment agency in the Philippines, is proud to partner with a global specialty chemicals leader in their search for a Shipping Clerk based in Silang, Cavite.

Salary Range: ₱30,000 - ₱40,000

Work Setup: Onsite

Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Location: Silang, Cavite

The role

The Shipping Clerk is responsible for coordinating shipping documentation, delivery arrangements, and warehouse-related administrative activities to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. The role serves as a key liaison between internal customer service teams, warehouse personnel, logistics providers, and customers while ensuring compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements, including PEZA and Bureau of Customs (BOC) documentation.

Your Responsibilities

  • Prepare dispatch and shipping documents for local and Free Zone/EPZ customers.
  • Coordinate delivery schedules and shipment arrangements with public warehouses, drivers, freight forwarders, courier service providers, and local vendors.
  • Create shipping labels and process bookings with courier and freight service providers.
  • Coordinate with internal Customer Service and Marketing teams to facilitate sample shipments and customer deliveries.
  • Coordinate with the Supply Chain team regarding expired stocks and disposal activities.
  • Process Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and other shipping-related transactions in the ERP system.
  • Enter Sales Quotations (SQ) into the ERP system as required.
  • Perform pick-and-pack activities for small deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate shipping records and assist in document filing and record management.
  • Conduct physical inventory counts and assist in stock reconciliation when discrepancies are identified.
  • Follow up on customer documentation required for BOI compliance.
  • Ensure shipping documentation is complete, accurate, and processed within required timelines.
  • Perform other administrative and logistics support tasks as assigned.

What We're Looking For

  • Technical vocational, associate, or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of related work experience in shipping, logistics, warehouse operations, customer service support, or trading companies.
  • Experience processing shipping and logistics documentation.
  • Knowledge and experience in PEZA and Bureau of Customs (BOC) documentation and transactions are preferred.
  • Experience using ERP systems is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external logistics partners.
  • Willing to work onsite in Silang, Cavite.
