Job Responsibilities:
- Pre-Booking: Register or update installed assets under correct customer accounts. Create or update CPQ quotations, submit for required approvals, and update bFO opportunity details. Assist with customer bill-to account creation and updates in CMS and Flowtime.
- Administrative Support to Sales: Maintain and update opportunity lines to ensure accurate sales processing. Provide administrative support to the Services Remote Sales team and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Pre-Sales Quotations: Prepare service renewal quotations for distributors, three-phase UPS, cooling offers, on-demand requests, and qualified leads. Ensure quotation completeness and accuracy prior to release.
- Data Quality & Compliance: Maintain accurate records across CPQ, bFO, Apollo, CMS, and Flowtime systems while adhering to established governance and quotation workflows
Job Requirements:
- Any Bachelor's Degree; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience or familiarity with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle) and CRM/Quotation tools (bFO, CPQ, Apollo, CMS, Flowtime) is preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.
- Excellent written communication skills for non-voice stakeholder support and cross-cultural communication (supporting Singapore region).
- Strong administrative ability, high attention to detail, and workload prioritization skills in a high-volume environment.
