Act as a primary point of contact for customers via Sales, Cust Ops and CSRs on supply status, demand alignment, and delivery commitments.
Proactively manage and communicate supply versus demand to ensure transparency and reliable order fulfillment.
Respond promptly to customer expedites, pull-ins, and inquiries, providing clear and accurate supply updates.
Develop and execute feasible manufacturing and delivery schedules that support customer priorities and business commitments.
Ensure customer order due dates and transfer plans are met, while proactively addressing potential risks.
Partner closely with factory, planning, and cross-functional teams to drive supply chain improvements that enhance the overall customer experience.
Monitor and continuously improve customer supply experience KPIs, including on-time delivery and responsiveness to customer inquiries.
Execute real-time order allocation decisions in line with agreed planning guidelines, ensuring fair and consistent customer treatment.
Basic Leadership skills – coaching /mentoring
Advance Customer Service Skills – crisis/conflict management and handling of customer visits
Project Management /Process Improvement Skills
