We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Data Analyst II to support global Marketing Communications (MarCom) spending processes, forecasting, and reporting activities. This role will work closely with Finance and Marketing stakeholders to ensure accurate spend management, data quality, and actionable insights that drive informed business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the creation, update, and maintenance of Statistical Internal Orders (IOs) through established processes and systems.
- Support global MarCom spend management initiatives, including large-scale IO creation and maintenance activities.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of spend-related data through regular validation, consolidation, and quality checks.
- Consolidate and analyze quarterly MarCom forecasts using standard reporting templates.
- Partner with local Finance teams to align marketing spend forecasts and financial planning activities.
- Conduct quarterly and ad hoc spend analyses, including:
- Forecast vs. Committed Spend
- Forecast vs. Actual Spend
- Variance and trend analysis
- Develop insights and recommendations to improve spending efficiency and budget utilization.
- Prepare reports and presentations for business stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience in financial analysis, reporting, budget management, marketing operations, or a similar analytical role.
- Basic understanding of financial planning, forecasting, and expense management processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including:
- Pivot Tables
- Power Query
- Complex formulas and data manipulation
- Strong data analysis and business analysis capabilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools.
- Knowledge of Power Automate or process automation solutions.
- Experience using SAP or similar ERP platforms.
- Exposure to global finance or marketing operations environments.
