So what does a Program Manager really do? Think of yourself as someone who will have direct responsibility for driving strategic business transformation through the successful execution of a portfolio of interdependent projects. You will embrace governance, alignment, risk management, and strategic performance improvement. You will serve our customers by developing and implementing best-in-class methods for delivering complex, cross-functional programs. Since our culture is at the core of our business, you must possess high integrity, be professional, courageous, and have a resilient attitude.
We make sure we get the best of the best. After all, we are a remarkably good company, and we ensure that our employees are top-notch! Now, we need your full concentration because it’s time to imagine what it’s like being a Program Manager
Imagine yourself going to work with one thing on your mind: to establish a high standard for strategic alignment, program velocity, stakeholder transparency, and defined guidelines for long-term business impact. You will implement robust program procedures, provide clear and timely information to Operations Leaders, and generate ideas to help accelerate outcomes. You will directly guide Team Leaders, Trainers, and Quality resources, ensuring a positive and collaborative environment for effective daily execution across the program. You will be tasked to make suggestions for systems and process improvements using your deep understanding of the programs strategic objectives
As a Program Manager, you will own a wide spectrum of responsibilities; thus, you must be able to multitask with ease and proficiency. You will own the program roadmap and control its phased implementation process. Crucially, you will be responsible for the end-to-end process of key client deliverables, encompassing the daily productivity intake from scoping and operational setup through to final output delivery. You will manage and improve program performance through dependency tracking, program-level risk resolution, stage-gate audits, and quality assurance measures, ensuring all processes strictly adhere to and reflect Trust and Safety policies as translated to the Operations floor. You will ensure that program-level reviews and retrospectives are consistently conducted, and assess the programs strategic necessity
Besides day-to-day project oversight, you will maintain an open line of communication between cross-functional teams and executive leadership. You will directly communicate with the Client to ensure service objectives are effectively delivered and expectations are managed. You will be responsible for all aspects of operational program delivery, work setup, resource allocation, program communication, delivering excellent client service to internal sponsors and external partners, and resolving bottlenecks that may arise
