KOL Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic KOL Specialist to drive growth through partnerships with affiliates, creators, and influencers. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall affiliate and influencer marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales.
• Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with affiliates, creators, and influencers across multiple platforms.
• Negotiate partnerships, collaborations, and campaign deliverables that align with brand goals.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyze ROI, and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, creative, and e-commerce teams to ensure integrated campaign execution.

• Proven experience in affiliate marketing, influencer partnerships, or digital marketing.
• Strong network and knowledge of influencer ecosystems across social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
