What will you do:

• Lead and optimize supply chain planning operations across multiple countries, developing strategic frameworks and innovative solutions, fully accountable for planning performance and transformation result
• Deploy comprehensive supply chain strategies by defining resources, processes, and performance metrics for sustainable growth
• Supervise cross-functional teams while providing strategic guidance to executive management on planning initiatives
• Drive successful execution of new programs, promotional activities, and product launches through effective forecast coordination
• Monitor and enhance key performance indicators and cost-to-serve metrics to maximize operational efficiency
• Drive planning competence reinforcement and upskill responsibility for East Asia Industrial
