The Role: EAVF Sr. CS&Q Engineer

What will you do?

  • Ensure that complaints are resolved effectively and without delay and that those not resolved at the entity organization level have been escalated and taken into account in the competent entities.
  • Pilot the Supply Qualification Module (SQM) and the Supplier performance (SPM) at the level of the plant, with a coordination role (hierarchical or functional) of quality assurance engineers. Support the Supplier Approval Module (SAM).
  • Take any necessary actions to make sure that the product will satisfy customer requirements and is the driving force in implementing continuous quality improvement, with a coordination role (hierarchical or functional) with entity, BU, Supplier and sometimes other stakeholders within the organization.
  • Drive resolution of quality issues through systematic containment, correction, and prevention strategies
  • Identify and mitigate potential quality risks through proactive analysis and preventive measures
  • Coach and coordinate quality assurance engineers while managing supplier relationships

 

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

 

  • Minimum of 5 years Experience in Quality with a proven track record in the utilization of various quality tools to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Knowledge in 8D, Kaizen, DMAIC, 5-Why, PFMEA, Product & Process Qualification Processes, Project Management
  • Engineering Graduate (ME, EE, ECE, IE)
  • Proven track record in quality management and audit processes
  • Deep understanding of quality management systems and regulatory compliance requirements
  • Strong analytical capabilities with expertise in root cause analysis and problem-solving
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and drive improvements across organizational boundaries
  • Excellence in project management and cross-functional team leadership
