Position Title: Demand Planner

Location: Cavite

Work set up: Onsite, Morning Shift

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain
• Management or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in demand planning or inventory management.
• Possess extensive knowledge and experience in the FMCG industry.
• Proficient in demand forecasting software and Excel, with strong analytical skills.
• Understanding of inventory management principles and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with various teams.
• Ability to analyze data trends and make informed recommendations.
• Experience with stock aging and replenishment tracking processes.
• Knowledgeable to ERP systems and inventory management tools.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Responsibilities:
• Monitor and track stock aging to minimize excess inventory and waste.
• Analyze historical data to create accurate demand forecasts.
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing and sales teams to understand upcoming promotions
• and events that could impact demand.
• Track and manage replenishment needs for both stores and remote warehouses.
• Conduct regular reviews of inventory levels to ensure product availability and optimal stock levels.availability.
• Evaluate inventory turnover rates and make recommendations for improvement.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Operations, and Purchasing to optimize stock
• Conduct regular reviews of forecast accuracy and adjust models as necessary.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and efficiency, identifying discrepancies, and
• stock aging to provide insights into inventory efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare and present demand reports to stakeholders, highlighting trends and insights.
• Implement best practices in demand planning and inventory management.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall supply chain efficiency.
