The Role: Claims Management Representative
The Claims Management Representative is responsible for investigating, validating, and resolving customer claims related to billing, delivery, product quality, or service issues. This role plays a critical part in maintaining customer trust and ensuring financial accuracy.
What will you do?
- Receive, review, and process customer claims in accordance with company policies.
- Investigate root causes by collaborating with internal departments (e.g., logistics, finance, quality).
- Ensure timely resolution and communicate outcomes to customers and stakeholders.
- Maintain detailed records of claims and resolutions for audit and reporting purposes.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance claims handling efficiency.

Who would be successful?
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in claims processing, customer service, or dispute resolution.
- Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP).
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive issues with professionalism and empathy.
