The Role: Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to help us unlock further commercial value for our business.

What will you do?

• Manage the day-to-day operations of Alliance Program Management. Single point of contact of Industrial Automation Distribution channel leaders and other parties which related to the program. Develops documentation and process improvement in Alliance program.
• Provide business performance and analysis using bFO (salesforce) reports/dashboard. Prepare monthly and quarterly business performance for Industrial Automation Distribution
• Manage the Program verification & access, SE Locator, Contracts, Opportunities and accounts associated in Alliance IAD Program. Become the administrator of the Alliance IAD on the ADPM (Alliance Digital program management)
• Support marketing campaign, communications and global events.

Who would be successful?

• A minimum of 2 year’s proven working experience as a data analyst or business data analyst.
• Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques.
• Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Insight, Tableau, Qlik, BIRST etc), databases (Access, SQL etc), ETL / data blending (Alteryx etc), and any CRM (Salesforce, bFO)
• Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Advance Excel, Power Point, SPSS, SAS etc).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrate proven ability to understand and use business data to support better decision making and address business requirements.
• Ability to apply analytical, communication and collaboration skills to address business requirements.
• Knowledge of Zinfi, ADPM (ticketing system/partner database), Tableau, Informatica and SE Intel is a plus.

Other Details: Should be willing to work on a hybrid setup in Cavite, following a midshift schedule (1PM-10PM).
