The Quality Assurance Specialist supports the Quality Assurance Manager to drive and manage the evolution and improvement of Data Quality within Customer Care globally; The role also supports the Customer Support & Analytics Director to drive and improve business decisions by transforming data into valuable business insights for the Customer Support and Satisfaction organization.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and audit random cases in bFO to measure quality performance of Customer Support teams based on defined quality standards
- Gather information from data sources and interpret results to provide structured quantitative and qualitative report
- Deliver on time and accurate quality reporting to global teams
- Develop databases using data collection methods and systems and analytical techniques
- Provide inputs for continuous improvement to the data quality audit and reporting processes
- Work closely with the Customer Support and Satisfaction teams to prioritize business needs and stay up to date with the goals of the organization.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Analytical skills – involves analyzing data and processes as well as interpreting information from customers and stakeholders
- Communication skills – strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent listening skills
- Computer knowledge – proficient in using analytical systems and programs, spreadsheet software, and other relevant reporting tools.
- Problem-solving abilities – strong skills to find solution to an issue or problem
- Organization skills – ability to stay organized while working in dynamic international environment and numerous projects.
Education/Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree, with knowledge and background in Data Quality and Analysis
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Quality, Analysis and Reporting in Customer Support functions
- Knowledge of Schneider Customer Support processes preferred
- Working knowledge of bFO Salesforce preferred
