We are looking for a strategic and business-driven HR Business Partner who will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, driving organizational performance through people.
This role goes beyond traditional HR support—you will shape workforce strategy, enable leadership effectiveness, and build a high-performing, future-ready organization. You will partner closely with stakeholders to translate business priorities into impactful talent and organizational solutions.
What will you do?
Strategic Partnership & Workforce Planning
- Partner with business leaders to translate business strategy into people strategies and execution plans
- Lead workforce planning, talent forecasting, and organizational design initiatives
- Provide guidance on organizational effectiveness, restructuring, and capability building
- Drive succession planning and leadership pipeline development
Data-Driven Insights & Analytics
- Analyze HR metrics (attrition, engagement, productivity, talent pipelines) to identify trends and risks
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve business performance
- Develop and monitor KPIs that drive workforce effectiveness and operational excellence
- Use data to proactively anticipate talent gaps and business challenges
Talent Management & Development
- Lead execution of performance management cycles, talent reviews, and development planning
- Drive initiatives to build leadership capability and employee career growth
- Partner with COEs (Talent Attraction, People Operations, Rewards) to deliver integrated talent solutions
- Champion a high-performance culture with strong accountability and development focus
Employee Relations & Leadership Coaching
- Act as a trusted coach to leaders on employee relations, team dynamics, and performance issues
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations cases with sound judgment and compliance
- Build leadership capability in people management, decision-making, and communication
- Strengthen employee engagement and retention strategies
Organizational Transformation & Change Management
- Lead and support change initiatives aligned with business transformation
- Drive adoption of new processes and ways of working
- Identify opportunities to improve organizational efficiency and structure
- Champion continuous improvement and innovation in HR practices
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Build strong relationships with business leaders across functions
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver seamless HR solutions
- Serve as a key contributor to HR strategy and cross-functional initiatives
- Influence decision-making through credible insights and business acumen
Governance, Compliance & HR Excellence
- Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and internal policies
- Mitigate risks through sound HR governance and practices
- Maintain deep knowledge of legal, regulatory, and employee relations frameworks
- Uphold high standards of ethics, integrity, and confidentiality
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partnering
- Strong expertise across HR disciplines:
- Employee Relations
- Talent Management
- Organizational Development
- Workforce Planning
- Compensation & HR Operations
- Proven experience in driving organizational change and transformation
- Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and compliance requirements
- Experience in multinational, manufacturing, or shared services environments is preferred
- Bachelor's Degree graduate
