About the job Warehouse Staff- Fleet

• Must be a Business Administration Degree Holder.
• 2 years experience in Warehousing and Fleet
• Intermediate or Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge.
  
  

• In-charge for W.H. Delivery Records
• In-charge for any request of consignment note monitoring
• In-charge for follow up delivery to store if all items are in good condition
• In-charge for PH Double Check
• In-charge for PH Itemized Check
• In-charge for Pending I.B.
• In-charge for Daily Outbound Monitoring
• In-charge for Weekly balance cartons and completion file
• Ensures that all delivery for existing stores is encoded
• Ensures that all delivery for new stores is encoded
• Maybe required other workload and duties assigned by the immediate superior
• Assist his/her Fleet Supervisor on his daily monitoring task.
• Own trucks data monitoring for trips and expenses.
• Manage fleet budget distribution.
