Reliability Operator Project Based

Job Description

To operate Production equipment and (or) work in certain positions to achieve the highest throughput with good Quality, high Yield, and the best Cycle Time.

Will perform lot preparation of evaluation/qualification request.

Ensures that document is complete and correct with the use of lot prep checklist.

Responsible as well for safekeeping of excess lots and filing of completed trip ticket.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Performs lot preparation ensuring that all submitted samples for rel matches with the details/information entered at RMS.
• Performs transactions in LRT accurately and in a timely manner to ensure traceability of reliability lots.
• Performs lot shipment from Carmona lab to another site.
• Supports other assigned tasks, projects and other duties assigned
• Reports laboratory concerns and issues encountered during shifts.
• Attends necessary trainings to ensure responsibilities and daily tasks are understood and performed correctly.
  
  

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2+ years in College / Graduate of Senior High School or its equivalent. Technical certificate is preferred.
• Experienced in Semiconductor manufacturing is preferable.
• Experienced working in shifts is preferable.
