RELIABILITY EQUIPMENT TECHNICIAN 2 JG6

Responsibilities

Basic Responsibilities:

• Responsible for equipment and board maintenance and loading of parts for biased reliability tests.
  
  

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Repairs and performs preventive maintenance on reliability equipment.
• Repairs and performs preventive maintenance on HTOL and HAST boards.
• Maintains and reports inventory of spare parts for reliability equipment.
• Loads devices on burn in and HAST boards and into HTOL, HAST, THB ovens
  
  

Qualifications

• Education
• Graduate of Electrical/Electronic Technology or any related course
  
  

• Experience
• At least three years’ experience in equipment maintenance and/or Lab Operations.
• Basic Circuit Analysis, Electronic and Electrical system troubleshooting and design, Environmental Stressing Application and Semiconductor Processing, Calibration Procedures, ESD Controls, Burn-in Board Design, Fabrication and Assembly, Burn-in Board Maintenance Procedures.
• Use of Electronic Equipment, Environmental Test Equipment Operations, Technical Spec Interpretation, Technical Writing and Presentation, Problem Solving Skills.
