JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Provide technical support and training to machinists on programming and operation.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures in all programming activities.
- Assist in the evaluation and implementation of new machining technologies and software.
- Collaborate with machinists and engineers to optimize machining processes and improve production efficiency.
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to create accurate and efficient machining programs.
- Test and validate programs to ensure they produce parts that meet quality and dimensional specifications.
QUALIFICATION:
- Education: Final year of a degree in BS Mechanical Technology or Mechatronics
- Technical Skills: oProficiency in programming and drawing languages. oAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. oStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. oKnowledge of machining processes and techniques. oAttention to detail and precision in work. oBasic computer skills for documentation and reporting
