Job Description
Vikings Group of Companies is seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to oversee the F&B department across our dining concepts at Vikings SM Santa Rosa. You will lead service delivery, maintain food quality, manage costs and inventory, and ensure adherence to health and sanitation standards while guiding and developing the team.
The role calls for a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management and 3–5 years in F&B operations, with strong leadership, budgeting, and MS Office skills.
