Qualifications

Graduate of Real Estate Management , Engineering or Business
Must be Licensed Real Estate Appraiser
Working knowledge of Requires at least 2 years bank or appraisal firm related experience in various type of appraisal including chattelsaccounting principles/ techniques and corporate policies.
Practical skills: Field inspection, using maps/GPS, report preparation etc.
Strong analytical, communication and written skills are essential
