Multi-Skilled Operator - Base Supply Days A Shift

As a key player in the production process, you’ll be responsible for the accurate preparation and mixing of milk - the critical base of our product line. Your role will involve operating mixing equipment, monitoring quality standards, maintaining hygiene protocols, and ensuring efficient, on-time supply to downstream production.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Operate and maintain milk mixing systems and associated equipment
• Accurately follow mixing recipes and production schedules
• Conduct routine quality checks and maintain batch records
• Collaborate with production and QA teams to ensure consistency and compliance
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Assist with inventory, stock rotation, and general plant support
• The shifts follow a 4 on 4 off days working pattern between 0600-18:00 (12 hour shifts).

• Good team working skills
• Able to undertake manual tasks
• Attention to detail
• Effective communication
• Relevant work experience as a machine Operator in a production environment

• Basic Food hygiene
• Knowledge of HACCP
• Engineering skillset
