• Support sustainability initiatives (e.g. energy efficiency, waste reduction, water conservation)
• Assist with environmental certification processes (e.g. Green Key, Travelife)
• Create guest-facing materials promoting sustainable behavior
• Analyze resource consumption data and suggest improvements
• Help organize sustainability-themed workshops or events for guests and staff
• Communicate with local suppliers and NGOs to promote regional products and partnerships
• Maintain sustainability content on social media and the hotel’s website
• Assist in internal training sessions on environmental awareness
  
  

• Languages: Fluent in English (main working language); ideally also German and/or Portuguese
• Field of Study: Tourism or Hotel Management, with CSR focus, or similar
• Availability: Minimum 4 months (ideally 6 months)
• Strong interest in sustainable tourism and environmental topics
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Independent and structured working style
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with social media tools is a plus
• Flexible and open to intercultural experiences
