About The Role
We are seeking an Identity Support Tester to support testing and validation activities for application onboarding into identity platforms. This role focuses on verifying onboarding outcomes, validating integration behaviour, and ensuring onboarding quality before applications move into production support.
This is an excellent entry point for building experience across identity and security platforms.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Executing test cases to validate:
Application onboarding configurations
Identity lifecycle and access flows
Authentication and authorisation behaviour
Supporting functional and integration testing for onboarded applications.
Validating attribute mappings, entitlements, and access outcomes.
Supporting regression testing for onboarding patterns and templates.
Logging, tracking, and retesting onboarding‑related defects.
Maintaining test artefacts and execution evidence.
Assisting with documentation of test outcomes and onboarding readiness.
Supporting release and handover activities following onboarding cycles.
What We’re Looking For
1–2+ years’ experience in system, application, or integration testing.
Exposure to identity, access management, or security platforms desirable.
Ability to follow structured test cases and validate expected outcomes.
Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
Interest in developing a career in identity and cyber security.
Security Clearance
Current NV2 Security Clearance
Must be willing to work onsite 5 days a week
