Job Description
Firefly Electric & Lighting Corporation in Calumpit, Bulacan is seeking a Plant HR & Administration Manager to lead HR and site administration across our manufacturing sites. You will partner with manufacturing leaders and FELCO’s POC team to translate company-wide people strategies into practical plant programs.
You will drive talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and governance of facilities, safety, and external service providers.
