About The Role

Location: Calumpit, Bulacan

Role Type: Full-time

Reporting to: HR & Admin Manager

The CCTV Operator maintains the security of individuals, assets, and facilities by promptly and accurately reporting and documenting incidents, facilitating appropriate action during administrative investigations.

Other responsibilities include:

• Operates and monitors CCTV cameras across multiple sites to identify violations, potential threats, and suspicious activity, adhering to established security protocols.
• Ensures the security and proper functioning of the CCTV Control Room and its facilities, including reporting non-active cameras and verifying required recording durations.
• Maintains accurate records of surveillance footage and incidents using specialized reporting software, documenting events for future investigation.
• Analyzes video feeds to detect risks or anomalies and follows standardized escalation procedures to report and address incidents.
• Documents monitoring activities, including identification, escalation, and resolution of incidents, ensuring comprehensive records for subsequent review.
  
  
  

To succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/College Degree
• At least 2 years of work experience as a CCTV Operator or in surveillance, security and related fields.
