• DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Respond to the franchisee inquiries and provide timely support on concerns relevant to BigBrew's marketing initiatives.
• Design and develop marketing materials, including posters, flyers and brochures.
• Assist in the franchisees' efforts to manage their social media presence and create engaging content.
• Oversee the production of all BigBrew marketing collateral, both for internal and franchisee use.
• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and marketing strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results.
  
  

• EDUCATION: Bachelor of Science in Graphic Design, Marketing, Mass Communication or any related field.
• EXPERIENCE: At least 0-1 year of experience in marketing, graphic design, store design or internship relevant experience is acceptable.
• SKILLS: Proficiency in using Adobe Photoshop and other design software.
• Familiarity with Facebook Meta page functionalities and other social media platforms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using spreadsheet editors such as Microsoft Excel or Google Spreadsheets.
• Knowledgeable about Google Drive and other cloud-based storage solutions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
