Job Description

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, social media, and phone in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist customers with order placement, tracking, cancellations, returns, and refunds.
  • Handle complaints and resolve issues with empathy and efficiency.
  • Provide accurate information about products, promotions, policies, and procedures.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., logistics, warehouse, and product) to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Monitor and update order statuses in the system.
  • Maintain clear and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Flag recurring issues and provide feedback to help improve customer service processes.
  • Help maintain the accuracy of product listings and website content, when needed.
  • Stay updated on platform changes, product updates, and company policies.
