Our brand, Lennor Metier Consulting, a DOLE-licensed headhunting and recruitment agency in the Philippines is looking for a a Marketing Coordinator based in the Philippines.

Salary: Up to ₱65,000

Work Setup: Fully WFH

Shift Schedule: Night Shift

Location: Philippines

The Role

The Marketing Coordinator supports the clients marketing efforts by helping execute campaigns, manage content, coordinate events, and track performance across channels. This role works closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure messaging is consistent, timely, and aligned with the clients brand and mission.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role ideal for someone who is organized, creative, detail-oriented, and excited to grow their marketing skills in a SaaS and higher education environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Campaign & Content Support
• Assist in executing email, digital, and content marketing campaigns
• Support blog, website, and social media content creation and publishing
• Maintain content calendars and campaign timelines
  
  

• Support marketing efforts for conferences, webinars, and events
• Assist with logistics, promotional materials, and follow-up communications
• Coordinate with Sales on pre- and post-event outreach
  
  

• Support lead management and campaign tracking in HubSpot
• Ensure marketing data is clean, accurate, and properly segmented
• Assist with reporting on campaign performance and engagement
  
  

• Partner with Sales to support go-to-market initiatives
• Coordinate with Product and Customer Success on messaging alignment
• Stay informed on the clients product updates and market trends
  
  

• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related role
• Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills
• Experience supporting campaigns across email, content, or digital channels
• Familiarity with CRM or marketing tools (HubSpot preferred)
• Comfortable working in a remote environment
