Logistic Staff Trade Receiver

Position Overview

Responsible for receiving goods returned from trade customers.

Responsibilities

Ensure that all returns from trade are received accurately and accounted for

Ensure that all BO returns details written in the accomplished Material Disposal Slip (MDS) are accurate and properly reconciled vs trade return form (TRF) and actual stocks

Ensure that actual items and all details written in the accomplished Receiving Tally Sheet (RTS) from devuelto is the same versus details in the invoice and/or delivery receipt

Creation of Incident Report for activities with irregularities, issues, and concerns related to receiving of goods in the warehouse

Observe and implement proper handling of products based on quality assurance and quality control standards during receiving (e.g FSSC, NSF, GWP etc)

Perform special projects or any assignment that may be assigned from time to time.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience

Experience

Requires a minimum of 1-2 years of logistics experience.

Skills

Experience with Logistics processes, systems, and solutions.

Good analytical skills.
